Inside were 7 dice, two packs of playing cards, two pens, and 4 (four!) buffet tickets.  We used the tickets Friday night.  The total would have been about $50 for the four of us.

Though The Cannery was slow to respond, they did respond in kind, so I can only say that The Cannery is generous! How this experiment is being executed:

Send a formal letter to 100 casinos/hotels requesting free promotional items.
Keep a log of which casinos respond, which casinos do not respond, and what items (if any) are sent.
